In recent years, automobile industry is increasing dramatically, the amount of automobile production and marketing is also growing abruptly. Since joining the WTO, many international auto enterprises and some auto supplier have settled in domestic auto market. This leads to the explosive competition in automobile manufacturing, the demand uncertainty for automobiles aggravates daily. In order to elevate the marketing competitiveness, automobile manufacturing enterprises need to high-efficient management, strengthen supply and demands flexibility, and reduce cost. As the third profit source of enterprises, logistics is paid close attention by numerous car enterprises.Automobiles logistics involve four parts, inbound logistics, production logistics, marketing logistics, and recycle logistics. Due to a great quantity of parts suppliers, unevenness of supplier quality, variety of auto parts, the inbound logistics as the fountainhead of the whole automobile is the most complex section. So the effect of management and implement in inbound logistics determines establishment cost reduction and the whole supply chain normal operation. Therefore, how to reduce parts inbound logistics and improve operation efficiency, it is an important issue needed to lucubration.This paper focus on the following content:(1) The paper first summarizes automotive supply chain management, analyzes the characters and operation mode of inbound logistics, and discusses the mode selection further.(2) By analyzing vehicle routing problem and the elements, summarizing Milk-Run mode and the characters, the Milk-Run mode of parts inbound logistics based on third party is presented. The information system logical structure of the mode is constructed.(3) By analyzing Milk-run mode condition, the vehicle routing model is constructed. By analyzing relevant algorithms, improved genetic algorithm is designed. And the vehicle routing problem model of Milk-run mode is solved.(4) In case of an enterprise and Basing on the relevant data. This paper optimizes the Milk-run routing of the parts supplier by applying C++programming and Qt Sdk software, and then analyzes the result.Optimizing vehicle routing, would improve load rate, reduces transportation time, is benefitted for enhancing operation efficiency, and brings about economic benefit for enterprises.
