China’s trade market has experienced a long period of development, and provides a large space for the mineral trade. But marketing is still relatively simple. Unlike the general consumer goods, minerals belong to the production. The procurement and sales of production is usually rely on fixed channel transmission, not the marketing aspect. In the new period of economic development, procurement and sales of production were influenced by the market. Marketing strategy gradually highlights its importance. JG company covered coal, coke, iron ore and other minerals, and how to respond to changes in economic environment, and seek development is the huge challenge of JG. The marketing strategy is actively try of enterprises. Business marketing strategy is the guidance of corporate marketing, and a good business marketing strategy can also be derived from innovative marketing strategies, the impact on trade-oriented enterprises is very obvious. With the rapidly development of China’s economy, the market opportunities of trade is rapidly changing, JG companies must enhance their own strength to cope with the changes in the market, the role of the marketing strategy is increasingly evident. That the development of marketing strategy play is extraordinary for the strategic significance of JG enterprises.This paper sort out the theory of marketing, corporate strategy theory and the concept of mineral resources, and analyze corporate marketing strategies.Think that the marketing, strategic planning is a positive,and the impact on businesses is very obvious. China’s economic development has entered a new stage of and began initiative to adjust. The impact on trade-oriented enterprises is very obvious in this adjustment, the mineral trade even in the face of re-shuffling. For the problems, I carried out a SWOT analysis on JG company’s marketing strategy in China’s current macroeconomic, and draw some conclusions, which has a certain value for the enterprise. On this basis, giving rrecommendations on marketing business, which has a certain reference value to maintain the stable development of enterprises. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Sort out the theory of marketing and corporate strategy, combing with some of the business case to analysis.The corporate marketing strategy has a very significant impact on trade-oriented enterprises, After a period of development, JG has some problems due to lack of good marketing strategic planning.(2) The company’s ecological environment is analyzed according JG marketing dilemma,. Backwardness of the marketing strategic thinking and resource dependence is indeed the main reason of the impact oon corporate marketing strategy development.(3) For marketing problems, demonstrateking the necessity of the JG marketing strategy planning, With SWOT analysis method, obtainning the strategic choice of JG in the different modules. Combinning with existing enterprise on choosing the company’s marketing strategy. According to the choice of the corporate marketing strategy, giving recommendations for marketing strategy, which provide a certain reference for enterprises.
