The use of low carbon technology makes intermediate products diversified and R&D sector emphasis on R&D capabilitys more and more. The result of the intermediate product diversification and the enterprise which enhance its R&D capabilities will make the spatial distribution of the enterprises in different regions change and this change is accompanied by the flow of capital in different regions. The flow of capital in different regions related to different economic growth levels of different regions,so the study of enterprise spatial distribution in low-carbon economy can help us understand the different change of regional economic after the promotion of low-carbon economy.In this paper, we describe the final product sector of the enterprise, intermediate goods sector, and the behavior of R&D department by using the c-p model of the new economic geography.Then the describes were simulated by the method digital simulation. It prove that R&D and Technology promotion can affect the spatial distribution of enterprise in different regions. And because the spatial distribution of enterprises is different in different regions, the levels of economic growth is also different in different regions.In this paper we discuss the factors which affect the enterprise spatial distribution by comparative static analysis and get some conclusions of enterprise economic growth which was affected by the enterprise spatial distribution.Finally, we get the result that we should Increase the intensity of interregional technology diffusion and make free trade between different region by results obtained above. In addition, the enterprise should introduce more human capital to accelerate its economic growth.
