At present, the television advertising in the lives of people play a very important role, the TV with its spread of power and influence, to become one of our daily lives, an important way for us to understand the information, and entertainment. Turn on the television, whether you like it or not, advertising will fill your senses.TV advertising is one of the most areas can stimulate creativity and imagination, to provide product information at the same time, it brings feelings of our audio-visual, let us appreciate the charm of art. We only have a comprehensive, objective understanding of advertising value and impact on the community in order to correct the use of advertising, if properly applied, television advertising will play a huge role in promoting social and economic improve work efficiency, economic efficiency.The first part of the current state of development of China’s television advertising analysis, respectively, from the socio-economic environment, cultural industries policy environment, technological environment, the media environment to analyze the current development of television advertising. The second part analyzes the contemporary characteristics of China’s television advertising, mainly from the artistic, the times, oriented and digital technology-based talk. The main demands of the theme of change in the art, changes in the form, style and function; times television advertising reflects the characteristics of the context of popular culture:commercial, technical copy, post-modern and entertainment; oriented mainly to convey new attitude to life, carry a strong social responsibility and lead the consumer attitudes to guide consumption; digital technology of the digital audience participation and compatibility.The third part is for the current development of China’s television advertising and contemporary features, the development of future television advertising countermeasures. Mainly to improve the level of creation, and enhance the cultural awareness of social, technological innovation and brand building. These are just a personal recommendation, reference to some hope that the development of television advertising.
