Television advertising is the important economic support to promote the development of TV industry,television advertising revenue is the main revenue model,the television industry in the process of marketization of TV industry,television advertising revenue to replace financial input to the high-speed development of TV industry provides an important financial support.But,with the high-speed development of TV industry,false,vulgar and other violations of TV advertising company.False,illegal TV advertisement,a large number of long-term existence and spreading,and damaged a large audience HLCC,affecting the healthy development of TV industry,enormous negative impact to the society.TV advertising management for a long time,by contrast,is the main body of power-the government each related department regulation but couldn’t keep up with the development of television advertising business rhythm,regulatory less manpower。In this paper,using the empirical study,literature research,comparative analysis and other methods,the existing television advertising regulatory framework of laws and regulations and departmental rules and normative documents,combined with the practical experience of television advertising regulation,based on the status quo of TV advertising management and empirical analysis on the existing problems,and influence the healthy development of the television advertising,through the way of comparative study,analysis the domestic and foreign advanced television advertising management mode,combining the reality of GuangDong province,put forward perfect laws and regulations,deepen the reform of broadcast advertising management organization setup and channel frequency management pattern,streamline the relationship between the main body,the introduction of market economy management means,to form a society supervision organization management system construction,efforts to explore suitable for the development of China’s TV advertising management.
