The Research Of Jilin Province Agricultural Information Resources Allocation Model

The construction of agriculture and rural informationization is an important part in the process ofmodern agriculture development and new rural construction in China. Although the impressiveachievements have been obtained through more than ten years development of the national agricultureand rural informationization, it still have a long way to meet the requirements of the national economicdevelopment and the demands of a large number of farmers, especially in the aspect of agricultureinformation resources development and utilization, which is always the weak part in the process of theagriculture and rural informationization in China, and it has been an outstanding issue of irrationality interms of sharing and deploying the information resources.The agriculture information resources, as a special resource, have the same important value as theagriculture material and energy resources. According to the demands of the modern agriculturedevelopment and socialist new rural construction, it, based on the reality of the current informationservice of our national agriculture and rural informationization network, is a crucial point to explore thedeployment and management of the rural information network service platform and the share of theagriculture information resources with the aim of providing evidences for the governments to makedecisions and constructing a secure, reliable e-business platform for agriculture economic cooperativeorganizations, and a comprehensive information sharing platform for the research and practice of thepresent agriculture informationization theories.This paper explores the research from two perspectives illustrated by the case of Jilin province, thefirst starts from the perspective of agriculture information resource deployment theory; the secondfocuses on the analysis and research from the perspective of actual application of the agricultureinformation resource deployment, and the research is conducted as the following:First, the relevant theories about the agriculture information resource deployment are explored,including the contents, aims and principles of the information resource deployment with the analysis ofthe agriculture information resource deployment strategies in China.Second, the present status and the existing issues of the agriculture information resources in Jilinprovince are analyzed with focuses on the demand analysis, the present status and existing issues of theagriculture information resource deployment in Jilin province with the aim of putting forward therelevant strategies for the agriculture information resource deployment in Jilin province.Finally, a model of agriculture information resource deployment in Jilin province is constructedwith the analysis of the guiding thoughts and construction aims in constructing the agricultureinformation resources in Jilin province and the study of the major patterns of agriculture resourcedeployment in Jilin province to provide the evidences for the strategy development.
