Study On China’s Urban Workers’ Basic Medical Insurance Payment Way

Medical insurance payment related to the vital interests of the doctors, patients and medical insurance institutions. The perfection of the medical insurance payment can promote the enthusiasm of the doctors to provide medical services to promote the improvement of the quality of medical services, and promote reasonable application of the medical insurance. Under the basic medical insurance system for urban workers,"expensive and difficulty of see a doctor " is serious problem. The rapid growth of medical costs, the burden of patients increase and the increased pressure of the health insurance agencies lead to intensification of doctors and patients’ contradictions. To achieve universal health care and faster and better development of the medical insurance system in China, solving problem of address and expensive medical treatment is without delay. Since the medical insurance payment related to interests of doctors, patients and health insurance agencies, then to solve problem start from medical insurance payment is key to the health care system reform.Based on perspective of game theory, we analysis related subject of the interests of the payment. From the above analysis to find factors that affect the game. Then we propose a solution by factors with game analysis. This article is divided into five parts: part one mainly analyses background of the problem, significance of the study and literature review; part two mainly illustrates the theoretical basis of the thesis the definition and elements of game theory, the concept of payment of the cost of medical insurance and comparative analysis of a variety of medical insurance payment, to lay a good theoretical basis for the thesis; part three mainly reviews medical insurance payment’s reforming process since basic medical insurance system for urban workers was established; part four mainly analyses the main interests of medical insurance payment by game model,and combined with relevant case studies the game influencing factors; part five mainly put forward the proposals by influencing factors of the main game against the interests of the payment methods.
