Innovative companies everywhere in the country as a new business paradigm, onthe one hand, it is good national policy support, on the other hand today’s increasinglycompetitive market, more and more enterprises is innovation and enterprisedevelopment as a driving force of innovation gradually known as a magic weaponforenterprises to win, to become the core competitiveness of enterprises.The ultimate goal of the enterprise development is to achieve addedvalue andenterprise value are generally analyzed from a financial point measured, mainlyreflected in the discounted future cash flow, but should also include the brand value andsocial benefits, and customer value. The value of innovation-oriented enterprises alsoincludes the technological level of enterprises, and these will eventually be reflectedinthe competitiveness of enterprises in market competition.Enterprise value added can not be separated from the support of thestrategy.Corporate strategy has been one of the important issues of enterprisedevelopment,Ansoff in the corporate strategy since the1960s, the study of strategictheory with the management of the development and changes in market conditionscontinue toimprove. This article tries to proceed fromthe basisof existing theories proposed for innovative enterprise development strategy,provide a reference for the development of innovative enterprises.
