Innovative Enterprise Critical Analysis And Evaluation Index System Research

Improving self-directed innovation capability and building the innovative country is the core of the national development strategy. Enterprise is the subject of independent innovation. Innovative enterprise is necessary for building the innovative country. Forming an evaluation system of index and putting it into use is very important for its capital raising. Also it can help the company find its strength and shortage.Firstly, this paper summarizes innovative theories home and abroad. The author find out there is no definite concept about innovation and they only pay attention to form rather than results, which result in "tossing" in practice. After that, the author put forward understanding of innovation and form the evaluation system of index. Secondly, the paper discusses the theory about innovative enterprise and evaluation system for innovative enterprise, laying good foundation for further research. Thirdly, it gives a definition to innovative enterprise and analyzes their key characteristics using KPI theory. On the basis of researches done by our predecessors and with the balanced scorecard perspective, it chooses five grade-1 targets, such as enterprise innovation strategy index, customer dimension index, financial dimension index, internal operating dimension index, learning and growing dimension index. And it divides them into thirteen grade-2 targets and thirty grade-3 ones. Weight of various targets is determined with AHP method and experts investigation. An evaluation system of index is formed by now. Finally, one typical enterprise is chosen to conduct an empirical research. Its innovative abilities have been evaluated with the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive judgment and suggestions are put forward related to this enterprise.
