Research On The Development Of The Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Clusters' Innovative Network

As China has entered the WTO for more five years, its GDP gained a great increase and all kinds of industries have a good trend of development. The small and medium-sized enterprises played a great part. Because the word markets are fierce, the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters, which surround some special industries, have become a sword for the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their competitive abilities. However, our country's small and medium-sized enterprise clusters don't develop well, for the shortage of the innovative network. This paper wants to aim at the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters and to establish the innovative network of small and medium-sized enterprise clusters, so as to explore a way for the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters' innovative network.Firstly, this paper makes a deep considerate theoretic analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters' innovative network. It includes research on the theoretic summary of the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters' innovative network and explanation on the definition for the innovative network as well as the rule of the evolvement. I find out from the research that he small and medium-sized enterprise clusters' innovative networks, which bases on the theory of Scale Economics as well as Range Economics, Exchange Cost, Competitive Edge and Modern Innovative, are the formal or informal relation chains. The relation chains often contain enterprises, universities as well as research organizations, government and financial organizations. The innovative networks have many features, such as intergrowth, helping each other, openness and inserting. What's more, the mature clusters' innovative networks all come from the period of linearity-oriented and the period of balance-oriented.Secondly, this paper finds an example of the Cixi home electronic Appliances enterprise cluster to theory of the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters' innovative networks. The innovative networks of the Cixi home electronic Appliances enterprise cluster are nearly mature innovative networks. They have exterior and interior networks. They are the formal and informal relations between the main network points, which are on the same home electronic appliances chain. Well, the Cixi home electronic Appliances enterprise cluster's innovative networks set an example for the other Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise clusters.At last, on the basis of the theory and case analysis, the paper designs the frame for the development of the small and medium-sized enterprise clusters, and makes detailed suggestion from aspects of the enterprises, universities as well as research organizations, government and financial organizations.
