Since reforming and opening, along with rapid economic development, familyenterprises in our country has developed rapidly, but the economic development and thesocial development lopsided contradiction is increasingly outstanding, family businessinterests and the interests of the community and the contradiction between theincreasingly prominent, family enterprise social responsibility issues surfaced. With thevast number of developing countries and developed countries on such issues, issue ofenterprise society liability impact is also growing, attention scope, level, strength fastupgrading, to research and solve such problems as the academic circles and the businesscommunity the common expectation.About the researches of family enterprises social responsibility, Corporate socialresponsibility of enterprise performance influence has always been a controversial topicto many scholars. The family business for social responsibility whether on businessperformance impact? Can produce positive or negative effect? From which aspect?Howis the extent? Faced with these problems,some scholars mainly discussed the behaviorfactors like internal and external environment, enterprise scale and age may influent thefamily business social responsibility, another discussed of the relationship betweencorporate social responsibility and competitiveness of enterprises, but did not form aunified conclusion.This research will be the guide to enterprise’s social responsibility andorganizational performance index system and evaluation, based on the Chongqing areaof the actual cases, in-depth analysis of the family enterprises to fulfill the socialresponsibility with the close relationship between organizational performances.Research for how the family enterprises to take social responsibility for long-term andinitiative, and effectively promote the enterprises to improve the performance.The main work focused on three aspects: first, I readed a lot on corporate socialresponsibility and the family business of the relevant literature, the study has done therelated theories and literature review; second, on the basis of theoretical analysis, usingthe data of the topic (Chinese family enterprises social responsibility experience: astudy based on family involvement perspective) Chongqing portion and the SPSS tool,the data were descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis;third, through the analysis of the results, finding two fit the Chongqing area family ofcorporate social responsibility performance model, the empirical analysis of the burdenof proof. Through to the data and case analysis of burden of proof, the main conclusions: from the Chongqing region of family enterprise social responsibility consciousness isstrong, the191enterprises analysis shows, family enterprise organizational performanceby the social responsibility of the enterprise internal management dimensions(including enterprise salary system, staff management and investors to maintain thepositive effect, its impact) the effect is more apparent.For the"Social responsibility of family enterprise in Chongqing" this topic in ourcountry at present there are few researchers involved, about the Chongqing familyenterprise social responsibility and the relationship between organizational performanceis more few. Therefore family enterprise social responsibility and organizationalbehavior in Chongqing area is a subject which worth exploring in depth.There is nodomestic on family enterprise social responsibility index quantification system, so thefamily enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility the qualitative index and Chongqingtypical case together,then the analysis of social responsibility and organizationalperformance relationship will be a meaningful research.
