Food safety is related with people’s health and life security, economic development, national security and social stability of the important problem. In the last few years have seen a number of major food safety incident occurs, the central and local governments in the prior work foundation, increase food safety supervision, the food safety problems as the"12th Five-Year Plan" an important economic work, this shows that the national food safety seriously to hitherto unknown height.Since2009, with all levels of the administrative department for Industry and Commerce strengthening supervision, circulation of the food safety problem has improved. However, the circulation area of food safety overall situation is still not optimistic, especially some significant food safety incident is frequent, are shown in the food production, processing, sales and consumption and other aspects of the food safety still exist great risks; at the same time as in the circulation area of food safety supervision work there exist some shortcomings and need to be improved local circulation, strengthen food safety to superintend the job to become the local industry and commerce administrative departments must face the problem.This paper takes J city XH town as an example, standing at the local administrative department for Industry and Commerce perspective, first elucidated in the circulation area of food safety supervision and supervision of major laws and regulations basis; secondly, from the division of functions and the working range of the angle to the local administrative department for Industry and commerce in the circulation area of food safety supervision for the location; and then points out that the local administrative department for Industry and Commerce in the circulation link food safety regulatory problems; finally, drawing lessons from the domestic and international advanced experience, combine specific work, how to do well the circulation area of food safety to superintend the job, put forward some personal suggestions.
