Research On Equipment Maintenance Management Of Power Supply Enterprise

Along with the social science and technology development, people’s living and the development of national economy rely on electric increasingly. Far higher reliability of the power supply system is required. And along with the power system reform deepening and power competition markets maturing, power supply enterprises are facing the market competition is more and more fierce. Improving the reliability of the power supply system and reducing operational costs at the same time is pressing issue of electric power enterprise now. Equipment maintenance is the main means to improve the reliability of the power supply system, and equipment maintenance management is essential guarantee of realizing the maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance cost and loss of service bust-up.In this paper, firstly, the theory of equipment maintenance management is generalized. The content of the equipment maintenance management is expounds, pointing out that the equipment maintenance strategy decision-making is the core work of the equipment maintenance management. And the development course of equipment maintenance model is reviewed, introducing different kinds of equipment maintenance models and analyzing its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, the problem of equipment maintenance strategy decision-making is focused on. In this part, the conception of important degree of equipments of power supply system whose evaluation model is established based on monte carlo simulation method is analyzed, and an example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of that model. Moreover, the meaning and contents of equipment maintenance strategy decision-making is expounded, pointing out that the choice of equipment maintenance model is strategy layer decision of equipment maintenance management, and an equipment maintenance model selection model is established by triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process method. Finally, the status quo of equipment maintenance management in A enterprise is analyzed, pointing out the existing problems and giving some Suggestions for improvement.
