Power Demand Side Management(Power DSM)is not only an efficient way to optimize assignment of power resource,but also a powerful way to coordinating supply-demand conflicts.Its key idea is improving electricity consuming efficient and taking the reducing consume as one kind of the resource,so that power supply-demand equilibrium can be maintained in another way. Pareto80/20law showed that the realization of corporate profits mainly by a few customers often, namely large customers to create. According to demand changes to big customer demand, strengthen the management, so as to achieve optimal load curve, help the big customers save electricity consumption, lower electricity expenditures, and eventually reach optimization power network operation, better for big customers for the purpose of electricity service, comprehensive enterprise improve service levels and strategic objectives has important practical significance.Combining with the actual baotou big customer management, bemeeting to the analysis of explorative. Based on the analysis of existing DSM theory, Based on the power of the big customers PSB in baotou, characteristics and alternative power supplies analysis, Then the power based on the season forecast method to judge the big customer’s month electricity consumption forecast; In addition, this paper using the linear programming simplex method to establish the load load operation optimization model of optimization, Establish the optimal operation each load time, thus to reduce big customer electricity expenditures and optimize load curve purpose; Finally, to realize the power demand side management strategic load growth target, this paper proposes a discount price plan, according to the actual situation of big customers by effective price strategy, combined with its specific data are analyzed in detail.
