In recent years,the automobile industry has been developed rapidly,Chinese automotive market entry into the critical period of development,for the automotive industry logistics progress,vehicle logistics has become mature,but the spare parts logistics is still in the embryonic stage.In order to solve the disturbance of spare parts distribution,introduced the interference management idea to solve the interference problem,and improve the overall efficiency of spare parts distribution.This paper first analyzes auto spare parts logistics,interference management and vehicle routing of the domestic research status and existing problems,and discusses the related theory of spare parts distribution interference management;Secondly,it adopts the interference management to study the most vulnerable and frequent customer demand change in logistics distribution,with the objective of minimizing the customer satisfaction disturbance,the minimum distribution cost and the minimum distribution path,and establishes the disturbance management model considering the change of customer demand;Then,the improved method of the simulation plant growth algorithm is described,and the model is solved by the improved simulated plant growth algorithm.Finally,combining with the example of H auto spare parts distribution company,optimizes the distribution path of the spare parts,makes qualitative and quantitative analysis,gets a distribution plan to satisfy customers,applies the optimization model to the empirical research of logistics enterprise,verifies the efficiency and the rationality of the algorithm.
