Enterprise usually spent a high cost on the recruitment, training and salary of returned knowledge workers.It can cause a heavy loss to the enterprise,if the returned knowledge workers make a low performance or even generate turnover intention. Organizational socialization gets more and more scholars’attention,because it is the important prediction variables of individual work performance and the tendency of leaving. To improve the staffs organizational socialization, first we need to study the influencing factors of the organizational socialization. Work experience is one of the most important rigid qualifications in recruiting, and personality is one of the most important flexible qualifications. Therefore, the study on the relationship of returned knowledge workers’experience,personality and organizational socialization has important theoretical and realistic significance.This study use the returned knowledge workers of Shanghai hi-tech enterprise as participants.Then,analyzes the data by using the factor analysis, independent sample t-test, single factor variance, correlation analysis and inspection level regression analysis statistical methods, and discusses the relationship of work experience, personality and organizational socialization. The conclusions are as follows:(1)Year of work experience is significantly positive correlated with organizational socialization and its dimensions. And different groups of work experience(above5years,3-4years,1-2years, less than1year) are significantly different in organizational socialization and its dimensions.It means the longer the year of experience, the stronger perception of the organizational socialization.(2)The relationship of industry experience and organizational socialization is affect by the type of work.The industry experience of technicist has significantly positive correlation with organizational socialization,the industry experience of administrators do not have significant correlation with organizational socialization.(3)The relationship of overseas experience and organizational socialization is affect by the type of personnel.The local enterprise staffs overseas work experience has significantly negative correlation with organizational socialization,and the overseas enterprise staffs overseas work experience has significant positive correlation with organizational socialization.(4)Extraversion is significantly positive correlated with organizational socialization and its dimensions, and the group of high scores of extraversion is significantly higher in organizational socialization perception than the group of low scores.(5)Extraversion is only proved to be the moderating variable between year of work experience and organizational socialization, and has no regulate effect to other dimensions.
