Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy industry. At the present stage,promoting agricultural development and improving the peasants’ income is the top prioritywork of the party and state in China. Farmers’ income growth slowed and the large incomegaps between urban and rural residents have become the main bottleneck of China’seconomic and social development. In the new century, China’s government continuousreleased nine central NO.1document of a year as the theme of the problems of peasant,country and agriculture. These documents are very important to promote the development ofrural economy and improve the farmers’ income. This is the inevitable choice to promote thesafety and stability of the agricultural development and adapt the fierce internationalcompetition.Yangling demonstration zone is China’s exclusive agricultural high-tech industriesdemonstration zone. The country and Shaanxi province attach high importance to thisdemonstration zone. The zone has great advantages in the technology and talent resources,and has gradually become China’s most important agricultural science and technologyinnovation and experimental platform and played an important role in promoting ourcountry’s agriculture development and the farmers’ income growth. Research on the farmers’income growth situation in yangling demonstration zone has a great significance to analyzehow the great technology and talent to promote the farmers’ income growth.
