Food safety regulation as a government regulation of social regulation, is refers to the government regulation for food production, processing, distribution, consumption and other aspects of the mechanism design, through certain institutional arrangements to safeguard food safety activities, its goal is to protect labor producers and consumers the right to health, the right to life and health, security.
