The new generation employee is the hope for the development of enterprise future and the precious resources of enterprise, which cause motivating the generation employee to be a vital issue in the area of management. Since people who was born in1980s join the labor force, their unique behavior and high turnover rate attract widespread concern. With after80s playing an increasingly important role in enterprise, the study of this group is essential.To explain a series of the new generation staff behavior, the current research is not enough. In practice, the employer can’t deal with the problem. In this paper, we will look for new generation employee feature through the statistical analysis of the literature. We put forward the method of enhancing the new generation employee job embeddedness, combining new generation employee feature and job embeddedness, in order to provide theoretic basis for the employer.Based on the previous studies, this paper defines related concept. Then a model of new generation employee job embeddedness is brought forward via summarizing the literature. We find out the embeddedness and feature stratege of new generation employee. A questionnaire-based survey is carried out and SPSS19.0is applied in the process of data analysis.According to the result of data analysis, this paper gains several conclusions and adjusts model. In this paper, the new generation employee feature is related to job embeddedness. The findings suggest that the structure of job embeddedness, is a six-factor model constituted of organizations fit and sacrifice, community fit, Self-aspirations sacrifice, organizations link, business link, colleague link. The findings indicate that nine features have significant effects on job embeddedness in each dimension. Based on the theoretical research conclusions, advices for managing and enhancing the new generation job embeddedness are represented. The innovation and deficiency of this paper are analyzed at the end of the paper.
