Strategic alliances of industry-university-research is an important part of t he national innovation system, it has great strategic significance to promote n ational technology innovation. In the "Proposals of Twelfth Five-year Plan fro m Central Committee of CPC", it points out that "Key elements to guide an d support innovation in enterprise gathering, to speed up the establishment of enterprise as the main body, the market as the guidance, the combination of production technology innovation system." Strategic alliances of industry-univ ersity-research plays an important role in the development of economy, it inv olves how the interaction among members of the strategic alliances of industr y-university-research, whether the members are coordination, and the whole fu nction of the strategic alliances of industry-university-research can effectively achieve. The strategic alliances of industry-university-research couldn’t keep he althy and stable development without a set of perfect and suitable alliances d ynamics mechanism. In recent years, strategic alliances of industry-university-r esearch in our country has made new progress and breakthroughs, which play s an increasing role in prompting economic growth, however, there are also many difficulties and problems. With the result that has seriously affected the power of the strategic alliances of industry-university-research. On the basis of absorbing and learning from previous research, this paper makes a clearer definition of the concept of the dynamics mechanism of strategic alliances of industry-university-research. This paper expounds theoretical basis of the dynamics mechanism of strategic alliances of industry-university-research, and the external and internal motive factors that would affect the cooperation of strategic alliances of industry-university-research is discussed, and the existing question and reason in the strategic alliances of industry-university-research is also a detailed analysis. Such as the enterprise is not clear to the motivation and goals of the cooperation of industry-university-research, the cooperative dynamics in research units is not strong, the related interest safeguard and system is not perfect, and so on. This paper also compares and references of the way for incentive alliance cooperation in foreign strategic alliances of industry-university research, and analysis of applicable conditions for each way, lastly, on the basis of the above content, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the dynamics mechanism of strategic alliances of industry-university-research for our country.
