Inner Mongolia Power Generation Enterprise Operation Management Problems Research

With the constantly changing external environment, continuing pushed forward power system reform, ever improving industry regulatory standards, continuously innovating management and technology, the Inner Mongolia power generation companies are facing new challenges. Therefore, it has become a most important issue for the power generation companies’to learn how to adopt innovative methods so as to improve the enterprises’responses to various changes. In order to get accustomed to the current form of market economy, the Inner Mongolia power generation companies actively expand business and take effective measures to optimize and reform their own operation and management system, hoping to secure their dominance in the competition.Apart from the introduction and conclusion parts, this article can be divided into four parts.Part one, first of all, the generation companies’concepts, history and basic functions about operation and management are briefly introduced; moreover, after specifically introducing the content and features of the companies’operation and management, the article extends to exposition of the basic ideas about the generation companies’operation and management.Parts two, the structure and mode of the Inner Mongolia power generation companies’operation and management. The operation strategy and value chain of the Inner Mongolia power generation companies are combined and taken as the basic elements to constitute the structure of operation and management. Analyze the causes, advantages of the innovative adoption-the commission system, to the operation and management; moreover, study the content of three models that are executed.Part three, analysis on the current situation of the operational and managerial of the Inner Mongolia power generation companies. The grim situation that the Inner Mongolia power generation companies are facing now is clarified in three perspectives, namely from external environment to the internal environment and to the operational indicators. On this basis, the existing problems in the operation and management of the Inner Mongolia power generation companies are therefore put forward.Part four, improvement of the Inner Mongolia power generation companies’ operation and management. Based on the above three parts, some suggestions for improving the existing problems in the operation and management of the Inner Mongolia power generation companies are proposed.
