It is substantively beneficial for the consumers, the telecommunication profession as well as our country to implement the switching to the new network with the original number. For the telecommunication profession, the freedom, regulated under the market laws, that consumers can choose, with their original numbers, the service providers at their will, helps to optimize the market, improve the service of the providers and bring the consumers good. As to the consumers, the new method can reduce the cost of switching. Also, this measure could reduce the more occupation of the telephone number resources and unnecessary financial input for the network construction. As the result, the standings of the major service providers are possibly changed. The number resources are under the management of the telecommunication supervisor. It can save the social resources, too.Many factors should be taken into account during the reform. My research is conducted with the aim of the sustainable development of Huhhot Mobile. Considering the influence of the switching over the service providers, the paper focuses on Huhhot Mobile’s channel construction, layouts and management. At the same time, the research provides some practical suggestions about the future marketing strategies. These suggestions work for improving the adhesiveness of the Huhhot Mobile consumers, raise the cost of the switching and imposing the positive influences on the consumers from other networks.
