China is a large agricultural country. Since the reform and opening-up for more than30years, our country has already got rid of the situation where the supply of agricultural products were in shortage for long at the beginning of reform and opening-up, and entered a new stage where the total output is relatively stable and abundant, not only meeting the domestic demand, but also being exported to every part of the world, actively participating in the global competition, through active exploration and strenuous development, researching and learning the practices and experience on agricultural development in developed countries. However, with farmer’s harvests and happiness come some new problems. A large amount of products are excessively supplied, especially perishable agricultural ones. Very often, we know from the news that grain is harvested without a good price, plenty of fruits and vegetables become rotten for the lack of sales channels, fresh milk is poured into rivers and meat products are burnt or dumped after going bad. A year of efforts by the farmers is wasted.With the advancement by leaps and bounds of information technology, information and other kinds of resources can be accessed to in very short time. The rapid development of manufacturing sector brings a strong driving force to the development of the logistics industry. When combining information technology with logistics, a reform of the trading way bursts out in the global trade environment, in other words, it comes into the e-commerce era. Therefore, our priority to build an efficient, standardized, and expedite management mechanism for the trade on agricultural products allows no delay. Today, the e-commercial mode of agricultural products has become the hottest topic in the economic theoretical circle of agricultural products and the field of information technology application.This article mainly from the following several aspects to discuss:This paper first has a brief introduction to perishable agricultural products, then, based on the overview of theories on supply chain management and electronic commerce, it analyses the current situations of supply chain mode on perishable agricultural products as well as the main problems. Furthermore, it talks about the relative theories about the supply chain integration mode on perishable agricultural products, integrated principles and key technology. According to the features of perishable agricultural products, this thesis demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of cyber supply chain integration mode on perishable agricultural products.Lastly, though integration of information technology, information service platform about supply chain management concerning perishable agricultural products can be established so as to effectively manage supply chain of perishable agricultural products. Besides, it offers a good solution to all parts in supply chains in terms of establishing and utilizing the information platform and effectively managing the supply chain of perishable agricultural products in the current environment.
