Research On Inventory Optimization Of Secondary Supply Chain Of Perishable Products Based On Demand

With the increasingly fierce market competition,supply chain cooperation and competition have more and more replaced the traditional single-enterprise competition mode,so enterprises need more cooperation between supply chains to improve their business chain.Business and academic circles pay more attention to the application of supply chain management to improve their competitiveness.In supply chain management,inventory management is a very important link,inventory optimization plays a very important role in the operation of enterprises,enterprises should consider their own enterprise and other enterprises under the premise of supply chain coordination,inventory optimization.Both the upstream and downstream suppliers and retailers of the supply chain aim to maximize profits and minimize costs.Therefore,the focus of current supply chain research and management is how to optimize the supply chain inventory to minimize the cost and maximize the profit.At present,the most basic assumption in the research of inventory model is that goods can be stored forever,and the value and use value of goods remain unchanged.However,in most cases,decay has a great impact on the value of goods,so it cannot be ignored.So far,there have been a lot of literature on perishable goods.But few scholars combine supply chain inventory with perishables.This paper studies the inventory optimization of perishable goods supply chain and puts forward a theoretical system for inventory coordination of perishable goods supply chain.This paper studies the supply chain of perishable goods from the perspective of suppliers and retailers in the upstream and downstream of the secondary supply chain,combines quantitative and qualitative methods,and establishes the coordinated control model of the supply chain of perishable goods by using quantitative methods such as game theory and optimization.This paper establishes a supply chain inventory coordination model based on the incentive mechanism of deferred payment under uncertain demand,and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the inventory optimization strategy of perishable goods supply chain based on the coordination management of supply chain.In the case of uncertain market demand,the paper discusses the optimal inventory and replenishment cycle of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain in the presence of incentive mechanism,so as to maximize the interests of enterprises and improve the overall service effect of the supply chain.By means of simulation analysis and combining with the inventorycoordination model of secondary supply chain of perishable goods established in this paper,this paper carries out concrete practical application and establishes an effective plan for inventory optimization control of supply chain.
