In recent years our country electric power installed capacity growth is rapid, but the power supply is still unable to meet the demand, regional, seasonal, seasonal power shortage more conspicuous structural contradictions. Therefore, with the development of the economy and the state of the electric power investment increase, to the related power company brought wonderful development prospect. But at the same time as the electric power industry reform, electric power market, market competition is all-time and intense, the crisis with opportunities come one after another, to customer power distribution installation business caused great impact, so that the bright group had to from a new strategic perspective of the future development of the enterprise.Firstly, the relevant theories of business strategy review, and then through the Xi’an bright electric power company operating status are introduced, identifying obstacles to business problems, analyzing the company’s diversification strategy environment, including external strategic environment analysis (including macro environment and industry analysis two aspects), and internal resources analysis of.
