Research On Forest Products Trade Financing Between Heilongjiang Province And Russia

Along with the continued development of Sino-Russian trade in forest product recently, Heilongjiang province receives more and more widespread attention as the bridgehead of Sino-Russian trade in forest product. Further development of forest product trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia was under the influence of lack of resources and deep in trouble. The development of Heilongjiang province’s trade finance business is able to solve this problem and can provide an effective way of funding needs. But there are still many difficulties and problems in the financing of forest product trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia, which is far from meeting the needs of promoting its development. Therefore, to research on the financing problems of forest product trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia, can provide finance guarantee for the forest product trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia and have an important practical significance to promote its expansion and further development.This article based on forest product trade theory and finance theory, taking the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, combining theory with practice, combining the synthesis with analysis of specific and so on, beginning from analyzing the basic concept of Heilongjiang province and Russia’s forest product trade financing, has conducted the systematic research on Heilongjiang province and Russia’s forest product trade financing. This article has discussed the reality status of Heilongjiang province and Russia’s forest product trade financing.the exists of problems and the causes of produced problem; Demonstrated the advantages of trade finance and pointed out that the trade finance can effectively solve the capital deficient problem of Heilongjiang province and Russia’s forest product trade in view of the dilemma of forest product trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia; Established Heilongjiang province and Russia’s forest product trade financing ability evaluation system, and took main components analysis method in the form of quantization to analyze Heilongjiang province and Russia’s product trade financing ability, obtained the poor results of Heilongjiang province and Russia’s forest product trade financing ability; On the basis of advanced experience in foreign trade financing, proposed building suitable financing model for the demand of Heilongjiang Province and Russia’s forest product trade, that is,"Government-led and environmental improvement in hand, Bank business innovation and customer needs into account, enterprise financing consciousness and financing ability to enhance, government, banks and businesses work together to build trade finance platform", stressed that trade financing mode needs to be taken a number of practical and effective measures and proposals, to promote the sustainable development of forest product trade between Heilongjiang province and Russia.
