Knowledge economic era, knowledge is becoming an important means to gaincompetitive advantage for enterprise, knowledge management has thus become the mostimportant strategic choice. Knowledge management strategy establishment andimplementation can not do without the impact of human resource factors. In fact, knowledgemanamgement strategy and human resource management strategy are become the continuedforce of economic growth, these two play important roles both in stimulating the fast growthof economic and promoting the competitive advantages for enterprise. At present, just thestudy of knowledge management strategy and human resource management strategy, butcombine these two to explore the impact of the innovation performance of knowledgemanagement strategy and the synergy of human resource management strategy is still blank.The knowledge creation activities of enterprise, can make the knowledge owned by theenterprise be more integrated and applied, and is the integration and deepen of technologyinnovation, system innovation and management innovation of the enterprise, is an importantfact of promoting the enterprise innovation performance. Thus, the synergistic of KMS andHRM, the action machanism of knowledge creation and innovation performance are worth todiscuss further.Base on this, the research objects in this study is the Pearl River Delta enterprise inChina, the use of documentary research, depth interviews and questionnaires, and the use ofcorrelation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and multipleregression analysis to explore KMS-HRMS synergistic effect on knowledge creation andorganizational innovation performance. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Knowledge management strategy and human resource management strategies aremade of two factors; knowledge creation consists of four factors, innovation performance bytwo factors.(2) There exsits synergistic effect between KMS and HMS, the more matching of thesetwo strategies the stronger synergistic effect.(3) KMS-HRMS synergistic has positive impact on innovation performance, knowledgecreation has positive impact on innovation performance, KMS-HRMS synergistic has positiveimpact on knowledge creation.(4) Knowledge creation has mediating effect on the relationship between KMS-HRMSsynergistic and innovation performance.Through the discussion of this study, the construction of a collaborative relationship based on knowledge creation, knowledge management strategy and human resourcemanagement strategies model are expected, defines a clear synergy between the two strategieson the innovation performance of the internal mechanism, thereby enhances the collaborativemanagement capacity of knowledge management strategy and human resource managementstrategy, and provides some constructive suggestions from the perspective of knowledgecreation to innovative performance improvement in Chinese enterprises.
