According to some cases we know that if one enterprise want to put knowledge management into practice, it need improve organization mechanism, manage instruments and the method, builds the knowledge share and the knowledge innovation corporate culture; Be tied in knowledge management process analysis and the performance evaluation, choosing the knowledge management being more suitable to enterprise; Based on the development of current time, we made certain investigation and discussion, has certain significance to our country enterprise in development of knowledge-economy times.
