The concept of psychological empowerment initial authorization from the theoreticalstudy, with the authorized development of management theory, some scholars believe thatcorporate managers should employees authorized management to explain the acceptance ofauthority. Authorization should not be limited to research on how management rightsgranted to employees, but also consider whether employees accept the license measures.Mental authorization act authorized a richer meaning than, Spreitzer (1995) proposed fourdimensions of psychological empowerment: meaningful work, autonomy, self-efficacy andinfluence, has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign researchers. Foreignauthority on psychological research has a very rich, personal characteristics, jobcharacteristics and organizational environment factors the level of psychologicalempowerment of employees have an impact, but as an important psychological variables ofpsychological empowerment of employees are other important predictors of psychologicalvariables.This article aims to explore the psychological empowerment of employees is animportant behavioral variable-the impact of model of employee creativity. Psychologicalimpact on the creativity of employees authorized to have at home and abroad are involvedin the study, this paper based on the research at home and abroad, through the literaturereview found that psychological empowerment, internal motivation, participation in theprocess of innovation, creativity, employees are important links. The study is expected byway of psychological questionnaires authorization, internal motivation, the process ofinnovation involved, the relationship between employee creativity.
