With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the continuous advancement of human society,the working modes of "996" and "007"have gradually entered the public eye,which has led to discussion and reflection from all walks of life,and employees have improved security systems and more comprehensive companies.The demands of welfare are getting stronger and stronger,and many companies and leaders have realized the importance of caring for employees to inspire their energy and creativity.Leader's prosocial motivation has emerged as the times require,and has been widely concerned by the theoretical community and the real industry.However,the current research is limited to medical situations and educational situations,and its effectiveness and impact mechanism in the general corporate context remains to be further explored.Based on the literature exchange,social identity,planning behavior theory and so on,this paper attempts to introduce leader's prosocial motivation into the field of management,and combines organizational identification,creative process engagement and employee creativity.Constructing organizational identity and creative process engagement as mediator variables,and constructing a multiple mediation model that influences leader's prosocial motivation and influences employee creativity.This paper uses SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 to empirically test the model,and discusses the influence and mechanism of leader's prosocial motivation on organizational identity,creative process engagement and employee creativity in the context of general enterprise,in order to provide theoretical support and guidance for management practice.In this paper,by inviting the team leader of the company and randomly selecting the team's employees to fill out the questionnaire,the final 352 pairs of valid questionnaires were obtained,and the structural equation model and the PROCESS program were used for data analysis.The results showed that:(1)Leader's prosocial motivation for the organization identity,creative process engagement,and employee creativity all have significant positive impacts;(2)Organizational identity can significantly promote creative process engagement and employee creativity;(3)Creative process engagement can significantly promote employee creativity.(4)Creative process engagement plays a part in mediating the relationship between the leader's prosocial motivation and the employee's creativity;(5)The organizational identity plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between the leader's prosocial motivation and the employee's creativity;6)Organizational identity plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between leader's prosocial motivation and participation in the creative process;(7)Creative process engagement plays a part in mediating the relationship between employee organizational identity and employee creativity;(8)Leader's prosocial motivation has impact on employee creativity through a chain of ways as organizational identification-creative process engagement.The above research findings reveal the mechanism of leader's prosocial motivation on organizational identity,creative process engagement and employee creativity.The empirical results also show that in the general corporate context,leader's prosocial motivation enhances employee organizational identity and creative process engagement.And employee creativity is very effective.Therefore,in the era of innovation-driven development,the leaders should fully realize that they are the core souls of the team,play a key role in the survival and development of the organization,and should care more and care for the team members in the daily work.Establish a psychological contract between the team members and the team organization,strengthen the members' recognition of the organization and promote the creative process engagement behavior among the members,in order to help the team,organization,and company achieve the expected goals faster and better.
