In all the analysis of the project’s benefit and risk, the one of the benefit and riskon the Tang Gong Ta Village’s mining project is the highlight. The feasibility research of theproject investment has kind of huge instructive significance of the real investment of thisproject:Feasibility research of the investment of the coal mine project is comprehensive,including the assessment of the mine’s reserve, the protection of the environment around themine, the safety of the mining project and the benefit, etc. It’s one scientific approach whichcan ensure the best economic effect with least cost. It’s also one scientific method of ensuringthe project to be technology advance, economy reasonable and construction feasible.Thanks to the factors like resource advantage, the degree of the economic developmentand other ones in Inner Mongolia, the supply and demand are both big, no matter relatively orabsolutely. Its economic development is dependent on the coal. From the year2001to2010,averagely every year,1percent increase of economy caused1percent of the consumption ofcoal. When looking into the specific coal consumption in different fields, it turns out that thecoal consumption of industry is the biggest concerning the margin value of unit. It’s15.83times as of the tertiary industry. The production of coal in Inner Mongolia not only suppliesfor the need in local region, but also plays a vital role in satisfying the need of the economicdevelopment national wide.
