Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Ethic Culture In Proposed Engineering Project Management

The shocking accident of project quality proved that the quality of theproject construction is so anxious. The problem is not completely inadequate in lawsand regulations, The level of moral standards is also one of the key factor. Facingwith increasingly fierce competition of the market, Corporate ethical culture as aspiritual force and an “Invisible hand” quietly is playing an increasing important rolein all aspects of business operations and corporate behavior.Therefore, based on the related research at home and abroad, especiallyincentive theory in economics and management, this paper discusses thecharacteristics of moral culture motivation. Then, we build an incentive mechanismabout the moral culture in project management, and apply it on the analysis of threeproject of the nuclear industry and the construction of a limited liability company,which is to exploring a new pathway to help improving moral culture construction ofthe quality of the project. Through case analysis, it summed up the project moral andcultural incentives to ensure the quality of the project.Whether for the nuclearindustry and all other construction has a certain theoretical and practical guidingsignificance.
