Enterprise culture,as different from the general management method of a hierarchical more high-end and immaterial a kind of management model,is the enterprise long-term formed in the operation and development of the core values,staff daily behavior standards agreed by invisible companies such as the sum of the ideology.This hidden from the culture of the enterprise after external hard power soft power,to enhance employees' internal unity,increase work efficiency,shorter working hours with no doubt.By analyzing the case of JT company for the application of incentive theory,based on the analysis of the company on the basis of the existing problems of cultural construction and cultural construction of the incentive mechanism in the process of JT company design issues in-depth study.In this article,we would write combing and conducting the research with the actual problems of the cases and experience the author's experience as the research object.The writing process combined with field investigation,the method of literature research and case study analysis JT company culture construction of the incentive mechanism in the process of design problems.Firstly,the article introduces the design of incentive mechanism in the process of JT company enterprise culture construction,discusses the current situation of JT company incentive mechanism,including wages,welfare incentives,rewards and punishment,training,motivation,employment promotion incentives,and points out the problems.Secondly,in view of the related problems,existing in the process of JT company enterprise culture construction and its related influencing factors in the design of incentive mechanism for system research,discovered the JT company human resources management is lack of effective management,stimulation system plan is insufficient,lack of talent of reward,employee welfare system is not perfect and further incentive evaluation criterion unfairness problem.In order to solve the problems of JT company,this article also puts forward practical solutions for JT company culture construction.This article research is helpful to improve the incentive mechanism of JT company and perfect,to the enterprise culture in China and the improvement of the incentive mechanism frame provide certain help.
