| With the increasing number of PEP(Petrochemical Engineering Projects), the types of these projects become more and more complex, and the tasks become more and more heavy. Objectively, the characteristics of the petrochemical engineering projects are large amount of investment, time tight, heavy task and high quality. Although these petrochemical enterprises are managed by professional Project Management Company, there are still many quality problems. Many factors affect the quality of these projects, and the relationship between the interested parties is also complex. Teasing out the risk factors and evaluating them to drawn the key factors is of grate significance for quality control. To this end, we need to analyze and assess these risk factors so as to put forward some measures to control the quality of the petrochemical engineering projects.From the whole structure and content, this article is divided into six chapters, in four parts:The first part contains chapter1and chapter2. On the basis of understanding its features and analyzing the present situation of study on quality management and control, we raise the issues of this paper:As for Petrochemical Engineering Project, identification of risk factors is inadequate, key element of quality risk is not clear, responsibility of quality management is not clear, and the system of quality management is not perfect. Combined with the practice, we collect and analyze both the relevant influence factors of quality management and multiple index comprehensive evaluation method of literature, after that we identify the starting points in this article:to analyze quality risk factors of Petrochemical Engineering Project with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The second part contains chapter3and chapter4, and the focus of this article. First, we analyze risk factors on the basis of the established risk identification and recognition method in accordance with filtering, monitoring, and diagnostics. It is divided into early construction quality risk factors and site construction quality risk factors, covers five main risk factors:man, materials, machine, method and environment factors. And then we analyze each risk factor in-depth and define quality risk factors. Second, based on comprehensive evaluation methods, we construct quality risk assessment system, and come to the conclusion that man is the key factors.The third part is the fifth chapter of this article. In this part we proposed some measures on quality risk management and control. In order to guide the construction of petrochemical project to manage and control quality risk effectively, we focus on management assurance system, quality management responsibility, quality management plan, etc.The forth part is the sixth chapter of this article. We make a summary in this part to point out the conclusions of this research.(a) Risk factors influencing quality of PEP involve five areas, which are man, materials, machine, method and environment.
