Therefore, the strengthening of urban consumer research, for promoting China’s economic growth is very important.Shandong Province is located in the eastern part of China, is an important economic province for China’s economic development has a vital role, obviously the consumer is to promote economic growth in Shandong Province, an important factor, therefore, the consumption behavior of urban residents in Shandong Province, structure research, economic development in Shandong Province for extraordinary significance.In this paper, consumption structure and consumption function from the two aspects of the consumption of urban residents in Shandong Province to conduct a study, qualitative analysis of Shandong Province, the consumption of urban residents and urban residents in Shandong Province, quantitative analysis of consumer behavior.Quantitative consumer research studies are absolute income model, the relative income model, and the life-cycle model. Based on the absolute income model, the function of the total consumption model for analysis.
