It is can’t denied that China insurance‘s been developing rapidly and makingmuch tremendous achievement in the past30years. The insurance is creating peaceand stability for the economic development of china and people’s daily life. However,we must pay attention that behind the glorious achievements, there is much latentdanger not to be ignored in hiding. In the Long term rapid development,the contradictions and shortcomings of the backlog is gradually emerging.Thus, in China’s insurance regulatory system, although it passes through thelong-term development to improve, still there are many problems. Supervision of thelegal system and the system of supervision institution is not perfect. The system ofinsurance information disclosure is non-standard, means of regulation is insufficient incompany. The development of self-regulatory organization in insurance is slow. InChina’s insurance regulatory regime all of these can be further improved. Throughoutthe world, because the development of the insurance system in developed countries hasa long time, much of reference is there. In the paper, the author makes the analysis andreport about the regulatory system characteristics and advantages in the developedcountries of North America, Europe and Asia,It is hoped to open China’s insuranceregulatory reform ideas.This article is from the thin to deep and from the outside than inside. The secondchapter describes the general theory of insurance supervision, including the concept ofthe insurance regulatory system, the purpose of insurance supervision system, themeaning of the insurance regulatory system. The third chapter is devoted to comparingthe Insurance regulatory legal system characteristics, and the strengths among NorthAmerica, the European region and the developed countries of Asia, and making furtherinterpretation of the theory of insurance supervision. In Chapter IV, Chapter V andChapter VI, the author describes insurance regulatory regime, regulatoryimplementation problems in details. In Chapter V the author makes the solutions to theproblems for China’s insurance regulatory regime.
