Procurement logistics is one kind of pick-up logistics modes relatively to the delivery system. Under this mode, the logistics service is outsourcing to these professional logistics companies which pick up cargo from upsteam suppliers as procument plan, transport to manufacturers in inbound schedule and finish the delivery task finally.As a new logistics management mode, procurement logistics conduces to improve enterprise management, reduce logistics costs. And this dissertation studies on investigating its operation mode and operational management elements of the optimization problem, which has important theoretical and practical significance.Beginning from decripton of content, management process and characteristic, this dissertation analyzes main advantages and compares with tranditional in delivery mode. Then dissertation studies on logistics supplier selcetion around the optimization of procurement logistics operation mode, building Evaluation Index System according to the characteristics and requirements of procurement logistics, creation evaluation mode and case analysis base on Principal Component Analysis and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis. Finally, the dissertation also estabilishes and optimize cycle path mode of procument logistics. Involving the multi-frequency, small batch transport characteristics, it is difficult to solve milk-run routing optimization problem of procurement logistics. Therefore, in this dissertation, a mathematical model is established on the basis of design problem solving. And the dissertation achieves it by tabu search heuristic algorithm in the platform of C, which proved the feasibility and validity of this algorithm.
