Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise Supply Chain Financing Research

SME plays an increasingly important role in China’s economic development. Due to the Insufficient assets of SME, lack of enterprise credit system and the imperfection of Capital market, financing constraint has become the most important issues which restricts the development of SME. It is in this context that the author analyzed the advantages and risks of supply chain finance for SME in this article.The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, the game theory model is established and the advantage of supply chain finance for SME is analyzed. Firstly talks about the traditional loan financing and establishes the game model of banking enterprises to analyze the influence factors of traditional loan financing, and sums up the causes of the difficulty of SME traditional loan financing; then introduces the supply chain financing, analyzed risk and return of each participation in supply chain financing through a game model, and draws a conclusion that the supply chain financing is suitable for SME. The second part talks about the identification and assessment of the supply chain financing risk of SME. Firstly analyzes the identification of the supply chain financing risk of SME; then establishes supply chain financing risk evaluation model; finally proves the effectiveness of risk evaluation model by case study, and shows that supply chain financing can effectively reduce the risk of financing and improve success rate of financing in SME.
