At present, as the socialist market economy developed, China has entered into transformation period. How to effectively lead organization reform has become the crucial question of modem leadership research. However, studies have shown that organizational change success rate was30%. Therefore, how to lead organizational change with effective leadership has become the central issue of modern leadership.In this paper, the editor use the literature analysis and comparison analysis to describe style of leadership and Situational requirements organizational change. And then the editor demonstrate the defects of traditional leadership in organizational reform and flexible leadership style adaptability of organizational change.This thesis proves that flexible leadership breaks the traditional leadership mode which negatively conforming condition, and passively executes strategy, and takes more consideration of strategy’s variability and adaptability and constantly accumulates knowledge and improves self ability and concept to indentify the cause of reform. Flexible leadership insists people oriented, which making follower become master of organization, and setting the target of common development of staff and organization, and really realizing efficient leading of organization staff. Through multi-role changing, flexible leadership no longer rigidly adheres to leader, using the identity of vision constructer, animator, team builder and exemplar to effectively organize culture reform. At last, flexible leadership can ensure smoothly communication by equal and mutual trust relation with followers.Flexible leadership has prominent effect to the successful implementation of organization reform. However, in China the application of flexible leadership in organizational reform is still obviously insufficient, reflected in non authority influence not enough express.This thesis finally uses analysis and summary to build a set of approaches which could improve non authority influence of flexible leadership in organizational reform, and give suggestion of improving success rate of Chinese leaders organizational reform.
