Reaserch Of The Slection And Devlepment Of Strategic New Industires In Anhui Provence

Under the circumstances of Post financial crises， the countries have sparedno effort to develop burgeoning industries. Our country also launches sevenstrategic emerging industries. And they will be included in the national "12th Five-Year Plan". Under this big background， Anhui province also chooses the eightemerging industries as the next industry development emphases according to theirown situation. This paper focuses on the strategic emerging industry and thedevelopment strategy of Anhui， aimed at providing a theoretical reference for thegovernment to make the planning of industrial development. Based on the review ofprevious research results and the principle of choosing the leading industry， thispaper builds strategic new industry selection index system in Anhui Province，combining its facts and using analytic hierarchy process to optimize the indexsystem， and then using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the strategicemerging industry of Anhui to conduct a comprehensive evaluation. Finally basedon the comprehensive evaluation， this paper researches the developmentcountermeasures of the strategic emerging industry of Anhui.The main conclusions are as follows:(a)Different from traditional industriallocation factors， technology， scientific research ability， policy， market andother factors become the main factors impacting the location of strategic emergingindustries. The strategic emerging industries has the characteristic of Strategies，uncertainties， higher correlative degrees， long-term， risk and other features.(b)The industrial structure of Anhui Province is more reasonable， and the ability ofinnovation of science and technology is relatively outstanding， and it also hasindustry base， the advantage of our technology and resource to develop strategicemerging industries. By constructing index system of the strategic emergingindustry， and combing the comprehensive evaluation of Anhui strategic emergingindustry. In theory to develop strategic emerging industries has feasibility.(c)Thedevelopment of strategic emerging industry of Anhui should be divided into threegradient: new material industry， energy saving and environmental protectionindustry and a new generation of electronic information technology industry as a priority the development of the first gradient industries; high-end equipmentmanufacturing industry， biological industry for the second gradient， can be usedas a potential industry to cultivate; new energy automobile industry， new energyindustry and public safety industry dimensions is lesser， third developmentgradient.(d)Anhui province through the strategic emerging industry developmentstrategy research of Anhui found， from science and the implementation ofindustrial development， scientific choice of action planning key segments，carefully build the strategic emerging industry platform， the training and theintroduction of high-level talent， choose the right business mode， strengthen theAnhui strategic emerging industry to cultivate and development.
