Study On Strategic Emerging Industry Cluster Development

Strategic emerging industries have attracted a lot of attention in academic circles. Industrial cluster is the major mode of the development of strategic emerging industries. Nowadays, China is in the critical period of adjustment of industrial structure and the change of the economic development mode. Therefore, it becomes more and more urgent to formulate proper policy to make strategic emerging industries develop faster.In this paper, we study the strategic emerging industries by combining strategic emerging industries theory and the theory of industrial cluster together and take the development of strategic emerging industries in Wuhan east lake high-tech development zone for example. In the basis of this, we put forward suggestions about the major mode of strategic emerging industries of China.This paper is composed of8chapters, which can be divided into4sections:Sectionl (chapter1) is the introduction. In this section, we illustrate research background, research status, the thesis framework, research method and the innovation point of our research.Section2(chapter2-chapter5),in this section, we illustrate the connotation of strategic emerging industries, including the definition, the characteristic and the main types.On this foundation, we discuss the major form of developing strategic emerging industries. The relevant theories are also in this section, and make the basis of further research. Further more, we discuss the evolution mechanism, the mode of development and the route for developing strategic emerging industries.Section3(chapter6),we take Wuhan east lake high-tech development zone for example in this section. Firstly, we investigate and survey, then, build up a econometric model to study the principal factor affecting the formation and the competitive power of the industrial cluster of strategic emerging industries. At last, we get to the main conclusion of our research.Section4(chapter7),we give our policy suggestion about developing strategic emerging industries to provide a reference. What is more, we summarize our research, put up the shortage, and the research direction in next step.
