Analysis On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Financial Ecology Environment Based On Genetic Algorithm

Financial ecology is a new concept, the related research at home and abroad is still first stage, and there is not a uniform definition about it. The financial institution and the financial ecological environment directly determine the development prospect of economic and finance in a region. A local finance ecological environment needs to be a reasonable evaluation, in order to fully and accurately reflect the regional financial ecological status and for decision makers to provide effective management of regional financial ecological basis for decision making. It appears particularly important.This paper firstly describes the background and research significance, systematically introduces the relevant research at home and abroad, and on this basis, introduces the financial ecological environment theory, defines the financial ecology and financial ecological environment connotation and generalizes the genetic algorithm basic thought and application, thus for the genetic algorithm in this study theoretical basis for the application. Then, by referring to the previous research results and considering the actual situation in accordance with the regional economy and financial indicators of ecological environment design principles, the financial ecological environment index system is constructed. The core of this research is to introduce genetic algorithms to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes, and then establishes the financial ecological environment index comprehensive evaluation model, and then taking Hunan province for example selection related data, the financial ecological environment in Hunan province index comprehensive evaluation empirical research. Finally, according to the empirical results and the basic situation of our country, some improving financial ecological environment countermeasures are put forward for reference.The research shows that, different regional financial ecologic environment differences, especially economy relatively develop area and relatively backward area having a significant gap, because the economic basis significantly affect financial ecological environment, whose index weight of each index is in lead. Secondly, the legal environment in the financial ecological environment in the weights only and the economic basis, also affect the financial ecological environment. In addition, social credit and government public service level also have some influence on the financial ecological environment.Therefore,should be multi-pronged approach in terms of economic and financial market development, accelerate the construction of social credit, conversion of government functions and improve the legal system construction, to be able to effectively improve the financial environment, thus contributing to the virtuous circle of capital, financial resources, the orderly flow of financial risk seffective prevention and transmission of information flow, and ultimately a win-win economic and financial.
