Financial Ecology Environment Evaluation Of Qingdao And Countermeasures To Improve

After Zhou XiaoChuan firstly put forward the concept of Financial Ecology during Chinese Economists50Forum in2004, the study of Financial Ecology attracted more and more attention. Financial crisis’s influence on world economic environment made people fully understand the financial ecological impact on the financial ecological security and economic development, as a national important economic center city, Qingdao’s economic development and financial development level is at the forefront of the national total. In2009on the Forbes China wealth management BBS, Qingdao was proposed to build "China’s wealth management center", and made a detailed development plan. But in2008China’s regional financial ecological environment evaluation score, Qingdao was ranked19th, Ⅲ in five categories. Although based on the reason of aging, etc, the results may be inaccurate, but it can let’s overall grasp of Qingdao city in economically developed cities in China financial ecological environment level position in the evaluation of financial ecological environment. Make correct judgments of Qingdao financial ecological environment and put forward some countermeasures is of great significance.Based on the domestic relevant experts’ mature research achievements, the actual conditions of Qingdao economic development and the current policy of vigorously developing the Marine economy background, this article put forward the construction of financial ecology environment evaluation index system of Qingdao city, including economic development, financial development, legal system integrity, location advantages and so on eight aspects of27indicators. In the concrete analysis phase, using the factor analysis method to the Qingdao2006-2011financial ecological environment evaluation, the results show that Qingdao is continue to improve financial ecology. For further in-depth analysis, this article based on the basis of constructed index system taking the longitudinal comparison method, and combined with previous empirical analysis result, summarizes the Qingdao financial ecological environment in the development of favorable conditions Summarizing financial ecological environment problems existing in the Qingdao, regard Shanghai, Dalian as a reference object on horizontal comparison, including unreasonable economic structure, weakness of foundation of the financial environment, obviously government economic intervention. In view of this, this paper respectively from the economic development environment, financial environment five aspects, puts forward the suggestions.
