With the knowledge economy era, production and operation and managementmethods also change the flow, to improve productivity, accelerate the development ofenterprises and businesses to actively promote technology updates, simple, repeatedphysical operation of skilled labor are increasingly skills to use replaced thetraditional scope of work are constantly expanding, cross-post between the business,multi-faceted collaboration between staff, more need for employees with a wide rangeof knowledge and skills. Therefore, labor organizations, business transformation,requires skilled staff required to change.In this paper the combination of theory and practice, based on the status of thecompany focuses on research, summed up the company’s shortcomings in theincentives to work and future direction; made the company incentives to skilledworkers to build the guiding ideology and basic principles; focus from financial,customer, internal operation, four dimensions of learning and growth companies builda skilled employee incentives. According to encourage decision-making, operation,control and other process issues that may arise, propose to make propaganda,education and training, organization and implementation, the results of feedback andother links work. Achieve a harmonious cultural atmosphere, the establishment of amodern organizational structure, optimize the working environment to promote thedevelopment prospects of the company purpose.
