Achievements are achieved by virtue,and the company is expanded by talents.Human resource is the first resource for enterprise development.In the new era that company pay great attention to talents,enterprise competition depends more on human resources.For this reason,human resource management has become particularly important to a company.As an important aspect of human resource management,performance appraisal is an effective way for enterprises to scientifically manage their employees.Nowadays,there are more and more engineering companies,and the competitive pressure is becoming more and more obvious.Skilled operators are the most important talents in engineering enterprises.Due to their professional work and strong operation,performance appraisal is difficult,but reasonable implementation will improve employee enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to effectively perform performance appraisal should be valued by managers.This article takes Jiujiang JA company as an example,through questionnaires survey,interviews,literature research methods,according to the characteristics of the skilled operators,combined with the current status of the skilled operator performance system,found the problems are about unreasonable evaluation indicators,excessive assessment period,insufficient application of assessment results,and imperfect feedback mechanism,analyze the reasons for the problems.Combining the opinions and suggestions of employees and the theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal,put forward suggestions for optimizing the performance system such as optimization of assessment indicators,optimization of assessment cycle,and optimization of assessment process.It is believed that through the optimization of the performance system,the performance appraisal of JA's skilled operators will be more scientific and reasonable.It will also improve the effectiveness of the skilled operators,enhance the company's economic efficiency,achieve a win-win situation for the company and employees,and optimize the performance of skilled operators for other companies.At the same time,it will provide reference for other companies to optimize the performance of the skilled operators.
