The advertising industry is experiencing a rapid developmental stage in china. Theadvertising industry becomes the indispensable part of the establishment of urban marketeconomy and social development, and the advertisement becomes the significant visualcarrier reflecting the city civilization and culture. From the rough design level to thedelicate design level, there is a great promotion in advertising industry in Changsha.However besides those evident problems such as the serious homogeneity, hystereticserves, hard to master the advertisement mentality, increasingly narrow profit channel,the need to promote the overall quality of the adman, and how to regulate the manage ofmedia market, we find that there are many unreasonable phenomena, including falseadvertising, porn advertising, disparaged comparison advertising, false news advertising,indecency advertising, implanting advertising, celebrity endorsement withoutresponsibility advertising, dignity injury advertising and ecological ethics ignoranceadvertising, which can not be explained with the advertising theories even theadvertising code. All above mentioned factors are becoming the bottleneck ofdevelopment of advertising industry there.In this paper, through the design of questionnaire, investigation, visits, whiledrawing lessons from the domestic and international advertising industry self-regulationof the advanced experience and methods, the use of empirical analysis, scientificanalysis to find out the Changsha City advertising design industry self-regulation of thecauses of the problem, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, advertisingpractitioners of self-discipline to the subject qualification, advertising contentadvertising three, self-discipline, strengthen advertising association oneself construction,give full play to the role of the Advertising Association, perfect" advertisement law",from the content to improve advertising regulations, adjust the legislative blank, clearimmoral advertising defined standards, perfect" advertisement law", to improve theexecution efficiency of advertising regulations. Innovation of Changsha City advertisingdesign industry self-discipline in thinking of Changsha City, built in line with theadvertising industry for its own characteristics of the autonomic system has a certainguiding role.
