Nowadays,Internet advertising occupies half of the advertising market,but the illegal rate of Internet advertising is also high.The rapid development of information technology has also brought the opportunity to take advantage of the illegal advertising of Internet advertising.With the characteristics of large quantity,multiple forms and fast updating,the local part is free from supervision,and frequently touches the legal red line.Therefore,the governance of Internet advertising not only needs government supervision,but also the role of self-discipline is essential.From the domestic and foreign advertising industry self-regulation system,mature advertising self-regulation system cannot do without the government legal guidance,multi-party participation,CO governance,interactive coordination of social organizations and individuals,and China's Internet advertising chaos,and advertising has yet to give full play to the role of self-discipline is closely related.This paper tries to research on self-discipline,self-discipline,self-discipline of Internet advertising and so on,the crux of the lack of self analysis of advertising,in the new public management theory under the guidance of a framework to industry self-discipline organizations as the core,advertising self-discipline as the foundation,the Internet platform focus on self-regulation,cross industry self-regulation and public supervision and self-discipline for coordination participation and assisted co governance,interaction and coordination of the Internet advertising industry self-regulation system.
