Taking Shanxi Automobile Group Changsha Huantong Automobile limitedCompany as the research object, through in-depth investigation and analysis, combinedwith its own characteristics to the development of the company, this paper finds out theexisting problems, makes sure the developmental target, direction, strategies,management methods. This paper also takes corresponding measures to make clear thedevelopmental train of thought, the development fields and the key of development.Itoffers as a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the improvement ofsuitable developmental strategies, for helping build competitive platform strategy, forguiding the company’s production and management,for further building and enhancingcompetitive advantages.By useing macroscopical environment analysis method (PEST), starts from theinternal and external environment facing by Shanxi Automobile Group ChangshaHuantong Automobile limited Company, this paper makes a comprehensive analysisof society, economy, politics and technology environment faced by the company;makes a complete analysis of the internal resources: organization structure, humanresources, enterprise culture, enterprise capability, financial status, as well as China’sheavy-duty automobile industry development, industry structure, competitive pattern;By using Michael Potter of Boston matrix model and SWOT,this part makes a researchof the company’s future developmental strategies, put forward the train of thoughtdevelopmental strategies, strategic goals and strategic keys; This paper also makes aresearch to achieve the developmental strategic goals for the company, puts forwardstrategies for the implementation of security measures and discusses theimplementation of the strategy evaluation and control method.The results of this paper show that, Shanxi Automobile Group ChangshaHuantong Automobile limited Company only by building the low cost competitiveadvantages and taking the implementation of total cost and differentiation strategies,can Shanxi Automobile Group Changsha Huantong Automobile limited Company takea full range of the market and become an internationally competitive heavy truckenterprise.
