This paper studies the key success factors of e-business for tourism enterprises in Jiangsu Province. Paper first reviews research status of the e-buniness, tourism e-business and success factors in the domestic and foreign, and also according to e-business systems success model, supplemented and modified by the effect of the10travel e-commerce system evaluation,7of28categories of business impact factors. Through questionnaires and online surveys,74sample data of tourism enterprises in Jiangsu were collected. Through descriptive statistical analysis, it found that more and more tourism enterprises are attention in tourism e-business. In order to learn more about e-business applications of tourism enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the author researched and analyzed the100websites of tourism enterprises.Based on reviewing domestic and international papers on electronic business, tourism business, the key success factors and the use of e-business system success model, this paper designed10travel E-business system evaluation and chose28categories of business factors to study. Through the collection of tourism-related industries and enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the74sample data were first analyzed for reliability and validity analysis. Based on this analysis,12factors were extracted to verify the E-business successful model. According to the results of factor analysis and regression analysis, the leadership, information sharing, attention to customers and customer acceptance are the key success factors of tourism E-business system.Finally, the successful e-business implementation of a travel agency case to illustrate the traditional application of tourism enterprises should pay attention to what some of the problems, can learn from successful experiences. According to the empirical study and case analysis, the author gives some relevant conclusions and recommendations.
