Study On Internal Control Of Agricultural Bank Of China In Hunan Province

The china’s banks are the important part of the china’s finance. The state-owned commercial banks of our country have taken several measures to perfect the rules and regulations of the internal control and to strengthen their capacity for internal control, however these years witness some serious finance criminals, it is essential to improve the internal control system in commercial banks. During the period, Agricultural Bank of China in Hunan province has encountered risks and challenge and deficiencies of internal control of the bank have been revealed. Therefore, it is pretty important for ABC in Hunan province to enhance the management of internal control and strengthen the anti-risk capability.The thesis analyzes and explores the internal control system in Agricultural Bank of China in Hunan province based on the author’s internship experience there. Firstly, the thesis introduces the theories of internal control and finance supervision. And then, the thesis analyzes the current situation of internal control and existence problems lying in ABC of Hunan province. In the following, from the perspectives of control of liquid risk and credit structure, the thesis explores the influence upon ABC generated the financial crisis. To improve the internal control system, The thesis proposes: improving internal control environment; strengthening risk management, including construting risk identification and valuation system and inspecting credit risk, interest rate risk and liquid risk; enhancing business control mainly in such fields as credit business, deposit, counter service and ntermediary Business; improving information and communication system; building complete monitoring and supervision system to progress the internal control system. Finally, due to the improvement of the internal control system, the earnings and operational efficiency of ABC in Hunan province have been greatly improved.
